Step-By-Step Enrollment Instructions
APPLY NOW
Step 1
Parent/Guardian must create an account in Maestro by selecting the APPLY NOW button above and select APPLY NOW on the login page (see fig. 1)
Complete Student Application and SUBMIT (see fig. 2)
If you have additional students, you can select the APPLICATION button on the left side and choose ADD STUDENT

Application fees must be paid BEFORE a student's schedule can be built
To pay for all Application Fees log into Maestro as the Parent/Guardian and select MAIN MENU > GUARDIAN LEDGER > PAY ALL (bottom left corner) (see fig. 3)
Once payment is received an email will be sent to the parent/guardian within 72 hours acknowledging the student has been accepted

Once the parent/guardian receives the STUDENT ACCEPTANCE email, the SCHEDULE BUILDER will be unlocked under the student’s name in Maestro
Select the student’s name > REQUEST A COURSE > CLICK TO SCHEDULE COURSES (blue button above) (see fig. 4)
Create your student’s schedule based on time zone and desired classes. Click the green REQUEST THESE COURSES button (within Schedule Builder) to submit your class request. THIS CAN ONLY BE DONE ONCE PER STUDENT (see fig. 5)
If you want to ADD/REMOVE classes please contact FPA. DO NOT SUBMIT ANOTHER SCHEDULE BUILDER REQUEST
If your student requires Placement Testing, please select the link provided in the STUDENT ACCEPTANCE email and follow instructions

Within 72 hours, or after placement test results have been verified, you will be able to confirm confirmation of courses.
To confirm your student has been enrolled in classes, log into Maestro > Select the student (on the left side) > Select CURRENT COURSES (see fig. 6). You can scroll down to see all the courses the student is enrolled in
Tuition invoices are setup within a few weeks of class enrollment and emailed to the parent/guardian once they are ready to be paid
