She has home educated her own three children and also teaches a weekly writing class at a homeschool cooperative in Springfield, Missouri.

She enjoys teaching piano, gardening, swimming, and numerous outdoor activities. She feels blessed to live on a century farm in Missouri where she can marvel at God’s goodness each day.
