  • STEP 1     (NEW FAMILY APPLICATION)

    Create School Portal Account

    (Choose student’s primary education parent)


    Select the FreedomProject Apply Now button and choose Create Account.

    Enter the New Student’s information and the Primary Parent’s information. (The Primary Parent is responsible for all educational decisions and communication between teachers and school.)

    When finished Create Account

    An email will be sent with a link to create a password for your School Portal.


    APPLY NOW





    Enter your new password twice and Set Password.

    Choose the ACADEMY – Student Application.

    Complete Application.

    A $ 150 Enrollment Fee (non-refundable) will be required to Submit the form.






  • STEP 2     (CLASS REQUEST)

    Class Request Form

    Following submission of a Student Application, please allow 72 hours to receive the student’s Class Request Form. This form will begin unlocking for New Students starting Tuesday, February 28.


    Log into the School Portal.
    PORTAL LOGIN


    Select the Forms to Review button above.


    Find the Class Request Form under the corresponding student’s name and select Review.

    There is no fee to Submit the Class Request Form.


  • STEP 3     (SMART TUITION SETUP)

    Smart Tuition Account Setup

    (One Account per Family)


    A )

    Following submission of the Student Application, Smart Tuition will send an email within 72 hours to establish your family Smart Tuition Account. A Smart Tuition account must be created to attend FreedomProject Academy.

    Select the link in the email that reads, “please click here to visit our website.” This is unique link that only applies to your family.





    B )

    Complete WHO WILL PAY Section.



    C )

    Confirm all enrolled students are listed under the WHO WILL ATTEND section.

    If you plan on enrolling additional students they will be added automatically after their applications have been processed.







    D )

    Complete HOW & WHEN TO PAY section.

    8 Monthly Payments (Starts September 1)

    Full Payment (Deducts August 4)

    Paying by check? Stop the Smart Tuition Registration and contact Cary Myska (cmyska@fpeusa.org | 920.749.3793) to request the payment option be changed to Full Payment with Check, and your Smart Tuition account will be pushed through by FPA. (Must be emailed to FPA)

    Once your invoice is generated in Smart Tuition you can choose to pay early at anytime.








    E )

    CONFIRM all sections are correct and SUBMIT ENROLLMENT.





    F )

    Registration Successful. An email will be sent confirming successful registration of your Smart Tuition Account.

    A secondary email will be sent with login instructions once your tuition invoice has been uploaded by FPA.




  • STEP 4     (SMART TUITION ACTIVATION)

    Smart Tuition Account Activation

    (One Account per Family)


    A )

    A secondary ACTIVATION email will be sent with your family’s current invoice.

    To create a username/password to access the account select the following link parent.smarttuition.com.





    B )

    On the Parent Login Page (parent.smarttuition.com.) select First Time User.



    C )

    On the First Time User page enter the Email Address associated with the account, as well as the Family ID listed on top of the email you received from Smart Tuition. (Refer to Step A)

    Create a User Name and Password on the next screen.








    Congratulations!

    You have created your account

    Login by visiting parent.smarttuition.com. or select the Smart Tuition tile on the Resources Board in the School Portal.





    Do you want to pay your tuition early?

    Log into Smart Tuition parent.smarttuition.com. and select PAY MY BILL.






  • STEP 5     (PAYMENT PLAN)

    Payment Plan Contract (Optional)

    Following submission of a Class Request Form, those who selected the 8-Month Payment Plan will receive a Payment Plan Contract in their School Portal Account.


    Log into the School Portal.

    Select the Forms to Review button above.


    Find the Payment Plan Contract under the corresponding student’s name and select Review.

    There is a $ 450 Down Payment required to Submit the Payment Plan Contract.

    Following submission, the $ 450 Down Payment, including   $ 100 finance fee, will be applied to the family’s Smart Tuition Account.

    Smart Tuition can be accessed by selecting the Smart Tuition button located on the Resources page in the School Portal.


  • STEP 6     (ENROLLMENT CHECKLIST)

    Enrollment Checklist

    Following submission of a Class Request Form, please allow 72 hours to receive the student’s Enrollment Checklist in the School Portal.


    Log into the School Portal.

    Find the Enrollment Checklist under the corresponding student’s name and select Review.

    There is no fee to Submit the Enrollment Checklist.

    Select the School Portal Login button and
    choose First Time Login.

    PORTAL LOGIN


    Enter Primary Parent’s email address, (same person who receives email updates from FPA & Canvas) select the Password box and Send.

    An email will be sent with a link to create a password for your School Portal.

    Enter your new password twice and Set Password.

    Log into the School Portal.

    Select the Forms to Review button above.

    Find the Returning Student Application Form under the corresponding student’s name and select Review.

    A $ 150 Enrollment Fee (non-refundable) will be required to Submit the form.



    Student Application Form

    (Adding New Student)


    Log into the School Portal.

    Select Resources button above.

    Select New Student Application button.

    Select New Candidate and complete the application.

    A $ 150 Enrollment Fee (non-refundable) will be required to Submit the form.
